Where does the sound come from from a ps3 bluetooth headset?

Game sound comes from the TV. The headset sound (other people's voices) will come out of the headset or TV, depending on how you have the headset set up.
 
When someone has a headsett on ps3 on mw2 the sound comes from the tv screen. If i get a headset will it come out from my earpiece?
