i have a 2003 ktm 200 exc i bought a few months ago road it until november than had to put it away for the season, so i was looking over it a few days ago aand i opened the radiator cap and found that no coolent was in there there where no signs of a major leak on the floor but there is some on the pipe and a little on the frame underneith the overflow hose, nut does coolent sit in the bottom of the radiator and in the engine and hoses ect. or should it be filled all the way up to the cap?
