Where does my outside noise come from in a 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee(for Dyna-mat)?

Where are most of the vibrations and outside noises that are heard inside the cabin coming from in an SUV specifically a 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee? I want to install Dyna-mat, where would the best places be? And has anyone paid to have it installed on an SUV? would like to know a price estimate (not including the material). Thanks you very much
 
While dynamt is effective for rattles, its pretty poor at blocking out road noise. If you want to lower road noise, add some carpet padding under the carpet, they sell stuff specifically for cars, just for this purpose. Used with dynamat also, its pretty effective.
