very intellectual. Top 10 for sure.

he did great job of managing the U.S under unfavorable CONDITIONS.

I'm an independent..

They had a poll on aol news this weekend that ranked him number 10, I still can't believe they had Clinton at number 6 though, I never thought he was that good. I would have ranked Bush 6 and Clinton 25.

He`s probably in first place, he just toppled Ronald Reagan as the great communicator. Do you agree?

Probably bottom 10. Not the worst, but way below average. Look how he is leaving us. This is a mess that probably nobody can fix.

Technically speaking, wouldn't Bush being the greatest President effectively make him number 1?

That is technically speaking, of course; not reality. In reality, Bush is in strong competition for being worst ever. He still has Hoover, Carter, and Nixon to get past, though.

But I suspect that while Hoover brought us the Great Depression, Carter brought us immense taxation, and Nixon brought us Watergate; that Bush will win the whole thing when, not only did he bring similar pain to those others, but also much higher death tolls.

I mean you've got thousands of American soldiers, thousands of soldiers of our allies, and millions of Iraqis and Afghans. Carter, Hoover, and Nixon never pulled that off.

You might make the case that FDR pulled off similar kill totals. I could see that argument. But for it we got a win in World War II. Bush got us...turns out nothing. China is getting the oil deals, and Iran just picked up a new ally.

Not exactly the best investment of our money, equipment, or lives that this country ever did, you know?

Bottom 10. In terms of intellect, he might not be the stupidest ever, but I'd be surprised if he wasn't really close.

Better than Carter or his father or Nixon or A. Johnson. So at least not in the bottom four.

Time will tell. If terrorism grows, he'll be viewed more favorably as having recognized the importance of the threat. If not, he'll look pretty bad.

top 10 if u live in Texas but i think he did an OK job i wouldn't rank him in the top 10 because there has been more presidents who have done better than him but i would probably rank him in the high 20s

Top 10 is a stretch when you think Jackson, Jefferson, Washington, Regan, Monroe, Wilson, FDR, etc. Maybe top 20.

Top 10, maybe, but not the greatest. He didn't face the same challenges as some of our presidents and so didn't prove himself quite that much.

I'm very pleased with the way he turned the tide of terrorism all over the world. He made people in a lot of countries very thankful that a republican was in office.

These morons who think they can rank him as the worst are saying it for personal and prejudicial reasons, not for logical or rational reasons.
