Where does brake fluid go on a 1998 dodge stratus?

I need to add brake fluid to my stratus but have no idea where to put it? Can you help?
 
Put it in the master cylinder Its a rectangle plastic reservoir with a flat top and a fill line on the side
 
when you open the hood it is on the drivers side against the back it is plastic and there is a black cap on top that says use only dot 3 brake fluid it is bolted to a big round thing{brake booster} and there will be some metal lines going into the side of it
