Where does Bible say Pre-martial sex is a sin?

Where in the Bible does it clearly state that Pre-martial Sex is a sin? I understand that most use the word "fornication" in the New Testament for this but it seems to be a little twisty to me considering there is no other time that God ok's a particular action in the Old Testament and then says it's a sin in the New Testament. For example, David and Solomon didn't commit sin when having sex w/ their concubines did they? Jesus never retracted this life style did he? Old Testament is covered with examples of how the women were given to the men after a battle to "shack up with" for 30 days before deciding if they wanted to marry them (Deut 22:10) A virgin daughter was worth more $ than one that was not. But it was not a sin. It cannot be found in Moses' 10 commandments. It even gives rules of how one should pay a father if a man sleeps w/ a virgin a dowry in Exodus 22:16. How could pre-martial sex be a sin then if God actually gives laws and rules on how this is to be done? Also, if one concludes somehow that "fornication" includes pre-martial sex, can one give any other example of something that is OK by God in the Old Testament and then out lawed in the New? Finally, if it is "fornication", and Paul tells us in the New Testament to get married to obstain from it, should we advise our 15 year old kids to get married to avoid commiting it? Seems we as Christians have created a classic no-win situation here. We want teens to avoid pre-martial sex at all costs, which is not a sin, from age 12 to 22 years of age and go to college before getting married!! None of which I can tell is either biblical or logical. It creates a feeling of entrapment, guilt, and a ceiling so high that 99% cannot attain it. Because it is not what God intended. If you conclude it IS a Sin, do you agree w/ Paul that a 15 year old should get married to avoid fornication? If not, what is your solution and where can this solution be found in the BIBLE?
