Where do these restaurants get their meat?

...and any others you would be kind enough to mention? Those are just the ones closest to me when I go out to lunch. I like to know how the creatures I'm eating lived and died... So I don't eat anything that comes from a place I disapprove of.

I don't know about the other restaurants on your list, but I know that KFC gets their chicken from industrial farms, which is a really bad source, for many reasons.
