To me that sounds more like a poor actress/actor looking for excuses for her/his poor performance
If it is true that action movies don't need acting then i guess it makes sense to just hire a hobo to read a script and do some stunts.
I mean aren't all moves just words? why does anyone have to be a good actor?
If anything action is one of the films where you can see true acting ability.
