Where do I start? Subs amp?

I have just bought an Alpine mrd - m605 and a 1 farad stinger capacitor and also a colfenhag 12" 1000watt 600watt rms sub in a box.
I plan on installing it on a 1995 Camry. I have no idea were to start.
There is no sub wiring so I'd have to route it myself.
Any ideas or hints for making the most out of it?
How do I which from 2 ohms or 4ohms?
Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, you really do not understand where to go from here at all. My suggestion is to bring it all to a shop and have them do it for you so that way you do not fry anything, including yourself.
