Where do i have to send a petition to make real sex education mandatory in all U.S

schools ? I am thinking of creating a petition asking to make sex education classes mandatory . These classes will not just be about how is a baby made , but they will include all the different methods of protection , how men and women behave differently when it comes to sex and abstract feelings related to sensuality/sex will be oppenly discussed in class , so please i just need to know where can i send my petition and dont really care if its going to be difficult or not just tell me
 
The first part is taught in most public schools. The second part about feelings could be learned from psychology classes and is taught somewhat in the normal sex-ed classes.
