Where do I go to sign into Chat a mobile text?

I've always been logged into My Yahoo home page. A few weeks ago, I found the area that lets me chat a mobile text, while I'm inside My Yahoo. Now, when I try to Chat A Mobile Text, it tells me that I'm logged off. I never logged mysel out of Chat a mobile text. How do I log myself in?
