Where do I get the Theme for Sidekick Tmobile 4g advertised on tv?

I always see the Theme put on display at the Tmobile store or on tv but, never actually seen it up for download or on the device... HELP!!???
I mean that avatar pic I have!!! The theme on the screen... Where do I find it???? I already reset and, searched my butt off looking for that theme they advertise everywhere. But nowhere to be found.
 
factory reset your phone, or go to t-mo's site and there should be a download page or something. or try xda developers I know they will have it
