Where do i get my mailbox number for my samsung b2100?

i've had my phone for a lil over a year and ive been trying to set up my voice mail on it but everytime it prompts for the mail box number it gives me an error message stating that the number corresponds to no known number ive tried the last four digit of my number and the last 7 and even the whole thing with and w/out the 1 before it. as well as tried 1234 and 0000, and evrything i can think of can any1 please help
