where do I get info on making a business plan?

I have the finances to start a small restaurant that specializes on making crepes. I have 20 years experience in the business but it has all been with waiting, cooking and supervisory. Every time I talk to a potential landlord I get asked the same thing. To see the business plan. Where can I look to get info on making one or hiring someone to help me make one?
