I actually have the same issue....only problem is when i called 1800pioneer they told me the faceplate would cost me 110 bucks!!! Nonetheless, i personally bought a brand new one (different model) for i think 30 dollars more....sucks cuz it was my favorite cd player and to be honest im still debating getting that face plate....
