where do i find activation code for t-mobile sim card?

i bought a new t-mobile sim card on amazon.com when i tried to active my phone for prepaid i cant seem to find the activation code on da card. help?

showing a pic would be nice thanks.
 
call tmobile customer service from another phone and they will ask for a SIM card number. THey will help you find this number on your SIM card. You better hope that it wasn't previously used because if it was it may not be useable for ayear after the date they deactivated it
