okay guys, my question is a bit of an odd ball in this regard.
I'm working on a free community project. its a "pure" CG TV Sc-fi series in which some parts are set in the Australian outback in the Year 1967 ( December 21st ) an i need help from someone who is in the know so i can get the details exactly right so it dose not look tacky or miss placed...
ill need to know things like culture, technology, weather, and major political situation, particularly with Australia, the US (and secret services) and the Soviet Union. i would also lastly need to know what would be appropriate for a rural or farm like/ranch situation at that time.
i personal have never been to that part of the world, nor am i old enough to have first hand understanding of that era.
I know at first glance that what I'm doing seems like an uphill struggle and why would i take on such a thing but i believe if done correctly with the proper help and research i could pull off some good results. Key is i really don't want the to come out half backed.
If someone out there could help me id be truly grateful.
