I reside in arlington tx zipcode 76001 please tell me where to file it to meaning what address and what forms i need thanks
i will type the entire immigration letter that way you guys can tell me
What form i need to submit,
what address i need to submit it to
and etc.
but my specific question is what ADDRESS do i sent it to please help me.
if you desire to request a review hearing on this decision pursuant to section 310(c) of the immigration and nationality act, you must file a petition in the united states district court having jurisdiction over your residence. the petition must be filed within 120 days from the date of this notice. if no request for review is filed within the time allowed this decision is final.
p/s does this mean motion to reopen or is it different?
