I removed a faulty JBL 6 CD Stereo in my 2002 Avalon about a month ago. There are 4 basic wire connections to it. Power connector, Speaker Connector, and 2 antenna plug-ins. A month later, was installing a replacement stereo, and the Power Connector has just disappeared somewhere. I took apart the drivers side lower dash looking for it (no luck). Did it fall down into the console assembly or find its way behind the glove box?? Does someone know where that wire harness originates (left side, right side, or down in the console) Please assist. This is a crazy scenario. BAFFLED!!!
