According to the Big Bang theory,14 billion years ago...the universe used to be small as an atom.If that's the thing...then where did that atom came from? Some people say that it came from another dimension.OK, if that's the case, then how did all those other dimensions appear and how were they created? There is some big picture we're missing...and I think that's what we should ask ourselves. Can someone give me some ideas from where to start my search, or has an answer, it would be much appreciated.

this is where religion comes in my friend. i know what your going to say now, so where did god come from. thats the question no one knows mabey sometime when you die you can ask him yourself

Brilliant question. Because it means that you are able to look outwith your own existence. We all know that outside our atmosphere is space. But whats on the other side of space. As a species we need to know where the boundaries are. We know a garden has boundaries, we know a country has boundaries, we know that the planet earth has boundaries. But what about space? Whats on the edge of space? Well............... space. And if thats the case then space goes how far? Immeasurable. Its a difficult concept to get to grips with. And a little scary.
