my sister and I stayed at a hotel, whatever could go wrong , did go wrong, we have photos of the filthy bathrooms, we had fleas in the changing rooms , staff not understanding english, simple english like one girl didn't know what a milkshake was. we paid 750.00 pounds for two nights. there are a lot more things but dint want to bore you with all the details. I have complained to the hotel head office and they acknowledge in writing the standards were not up to standard and then gave 169.00 refund. The photographs I have show filthy windows, 2 inch thick pigeon droppings on the window sill, dirty toilet and mouldy shower. the hotel said end of story with the 169.00 refund. I really feel I want to take this further.This is a big named hotel and we were " supposed" to be in the presidential suite and the next one down
