It Depends, if you want to get tested anonymously then try a local family planning clinic or gum centre, they will ask questions but you can answer with fake name and refuse to answer the other questions. This is in the uk

HIV tests generally have to be requested specifically. Most other STD tests are lumped together though, I think

Go to your local health clinic or see a doctor and use protection next time when you have sex have regular check up for HIV/STD.

I don't know where you live so I can't be specific but there are a lot of sexual health clinics around for this sort of purpose.

If there is not one in your area, then visit a healthcare centre or a youth centre if you are underage. You could also visit any general practitioner - even if they cannot test you themselves they can refer you to somebody who can.
