Off the internet, there's no such thing as a "free" ringtone. If you have to dial a number to have it sent to your phone, you are opening yourself up to alot of unsolicited advertising. Depending on your phone, if it came with a "data cable" to allow you to connect to your PC via USB port, then you can make your own ringtones or use any mp3 as a ringtone.
