Where can you find homes for rent?

Do you have to get a realtor? And how does that work if you do? I know that a realtor gets a percentage of a house he sells. Would that mean I have to pay a realtor?
 
On the East Coast the tenant pays the realtor one or two months rent.
You could also check the local newspaper's classified ads
 
wel if yu want to do it that way do realtor.com and then put up rent and it will show you and you can call them ask them how much for them if you do sometmies the place pays not you.
