Where can you download Queer as Folk?

NOT torrent sites, because the only one is going at 6kbps. Don't want streaming sites, don't want sites you have to pay for. I tried using KeepVid (and several sites like it) to download it from MegaVideo, but it doesn't download fully or it only downloads a few KB.
