Where can you buy colored/collectable Bicycle Playing cards in the Philippines?

Like the vintage series, the glow in the dark, the guardians, etc..

In the philippines. I dont want the normal one that are found in 711 or national bookstore. The rare ones.
 
Most of the ones you've mentioned can be found on ebay. In fact, that's about the only place I've found most of them. When and if you do buy, try to get two or three decks at once. You'll save on shipping and you will have one to play with and handle and still have a good back up.
