...cable and tv? My VCR/DVD player got broke the other day and I went to buy and new one and the ones they have now don't have the coxial cable sockets on them. The ones where you screw in your cable wire into the back of the VCR and then screw in anohter wire to your television. I'am not talking about the red, yellow, and white plug in ports. I'am talking about the black coxial cable you screw in.

You can get an adapter to plug in the coax into the screw in sockets, the shop that sells the recorders will be able to supply them, The Funai range on Ebay still have the old style coax sockets.
