Where can you buy a variety pack of Vegetable seeds for planting? (In a week or 2)?

Looking to plant some vegetables for winter, and I have a little space. Do they sell variety packs of like 5 or 10 vegetables, but less seeds? (VERSUS 200 seeds for same thing!)
