I am looking to set up a simple website for a campaign, I have some knowledge in html scratch editing and I am competent in wysiwyg editors such as dreamweaver/frontpage.
I however do not know how to use css and every template site i come across has html and css in the coding and it means i cannot edit to my liking as I do not know how to change the rules in the css.
PLEASE can you direct me to a site that has free simple html only templates that I can use.
