Where can I upload like 5 images, and have them all animate (slideshow like) so

they change every 3 second? So its either in .gif or .jpg and its one image that is a slideshow, that continues to change.

What software or what online tools/sites are there? Picnik doesn't do this.

ummmm....would windows movie maker work?

use windows movie maker...it is really easy. just import your images, then put them in order.
