Where can I talk to other teens with Muscular Dystrophy?

I'm 17 years old and I have Muscular Dystrophy. I live in New Zealand and haven't really had the opportunity to meet teens or kids with MD. My family knows a lot of people with the condition (because my mum has it too) and we meet others with it. But I've never met or talked to anyone around my age who has Muscular Dystrophy. I would really like to talk to someone who is sort of like me. Is there a website or something where young people with MD can meet and talk??
