Where can I submit my project proposals for vendors to bid on?

We have several offices throughout the country, and we need to do rewiring to put in new phone systems. We’ve been using local vendors for all the work. Where can I submit my work proposals/projects where people can bid on it so we can get a fair value as opposed to looking for individual contractors ? If you know any websites were we can submit our proposals/projects, let us know. We would greatly appreciate it. We want national and local vendors that can bid on our proposals/projects.
