I am an insurance agent that sells home insurance for mobile homes. I haven't been very active and am in need of cash. My annual commissions are approximately $3,000 and are escrowed in with 20 & 30 year mortgages. I would like to sell my current book of business for the highest amount possible. Does anyone know about how much that would be, where I could go to sell it and how long it would take to get paid? I found one company in Indianapolis that does this but not on property insurance so I need someone that will buy the block for property insurance... Thanks...
