Where can i sell Civilization 4?

hey guys it sucks i got civilization 4 and then downloaded it then it wouldent work and then i realized that the operating systems are only windows XP and not vista (wish i had windows XP) so it dosent work if there is a way to make it work tell me and if not then were can i sell it i live in Orem Utah so plz i spent 30$ for nothing well thanks
