where can i read sweep online for free and how many books are in the series?

well.... i got these free boooks from a stand in central park and it happened to be sweep 1 and sweep 2,
but my local library and school library dont have ANY of the books
so i was wondering where i could read it online
and also how many are in the series?
i thot there was 13 but then i looked on a site and i saw the 15th so i got confused.
PLZ HELP!!!!!
 
There's 15 in the series, but the last few books get away from Morgan and focus on other characters.

Don't know where to get it other than a bookstore. Sorry.
