Where can I put my cellphone while on a roller coaster?

2marrow i am going to cedar point
and i am wearing jean shorts that do have pockets
last year i wore jean shorts and put my phone in my pocket while on a ride
when i got off my phone was gone
i do not want this 2 happen agian but i am not wearing a fanny pack
what shall i do with my phone?
 
I would either bring a purse to put it in that you can put it in the bins on the side or whatever in - or wear shorts with a zipper or botton to close them.
 
Most parks like mine(Great Adventure) has a no lose articles rules.They have lockers you can rent for a $1.00 for few hours.I would advise renting one.I work near Biazzaro/Medusa(That's our backstage)
I have handed people what was left of their cell phones.It's worth a few bucks to keep it safe.They also have some watching the lockers so you don't have to worry.
 
Take a mini back pack or a fanny pack. Otherwise you will need to either a) get a locker for your phone or b) leave your phone at home. I don't recommend that you wear jean shorts, if you get wet,you will get tons of chaffing and it will hurt. If you have any shorts with zippered or buttoned closure pockets, then wear those, otherwise take a fanny pack or mini back pack. If you have a touch screen phone, don't take it on the roller coasters, even enclosed in any kind of pack, it will not stand up to the large roller coasters.
 
I'd put it in your bra or have a friend hold onto it for you. Or you can get a case that has a strap and make sure the strap is on your wrist!

Edit: Don't put it in your back pockets or if you do, make sure you remember to check for it. I almost lost my wallet that way! You can't ask a ride operator to hold it for you either. They'll say no and it's not their job to hold it.
 
i usually put mine in my back pockets, but ima dude and i dunno if ur shorts have back pockets, it actually works well
if not, have the ride operator hold it....or have a friend hold it if they arent goin on the ride

i put mine in my bra(lol)
but one time i was wearing a bathing suit so i just held my phone.
