Where can I go to "refresh" my Boost Mobile phone?

I locked my phone and I can't, for the life of me, remember what code I put in, and I set it to lock the whole phone. So I haven't been able to use it for a few days. First I called Boost Mobile customer service, and they sent me to Samsung's manufacturer number. I called them and they said I can either send the phone in to them, or have it be refreshed where I bought it. So I called my local Radio Shack (I bought it at a Radio Shack) and asked if they sold Boost Mobile phones, and they said yes, but when I asked if they could refresh my phone, the guy said "No, we don't do that..." in a confused voice. So I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I meant or if they really can't refresh my phone for me. What can I do?
Also, my phone's a Samsung Seek. Thanks!
