Where can I go online to discuss trading Pokemon on Wifi?

There are a few special Pokemon that only certain places in the world can get right now and it's driving me nuts! I've been playing all the Pokemon games since day one. I need a place I can go that has many users from all over the world so I can obtain what I need and possibly make new friends. Thanks!
