I need them to sleep at night because I have a noisy neighbour. I've tried some cheap ones (foam ones that you just put in your ear) but they just fall out, or sit there not blocking any noise out. I think I need some with headphones or something to hold them nice and tight.
I need some preferably from the high street, so I can buy them today as she'll be playing music and singing Xmas songs again tonight.
