Where can I get qualifications in outdoor activities? (UK)?

I am currently gaining qualifications in canoeing/kayaking and I'm wanting to apply for jobs working with children at summer camps/school retreat activity centers.
If anyone knows anywhere (preferably in the north of England/ West Yorkshire) where I can gain qualifications in things like archery, climbing, abseiling etc it would be very useful
