Its 08 plate, I knew how to use gears before I bought it, my Dad is a qualified mechanic and he did all the non-service maintainance on it. When ever possible ive fed it super unleaded and its always had castrol oil. Never been dropped or crashed and I prize it.

Edit: Its de-restricted, but I would never recomend getting a sporty looking bike which is restricted.
A) no matter how much will power you think you have you will soon want to be going faster
B) imaging having to get through 6 gears just to get to 30mph?
C) Cars will expect you to rocket away and you just wont be able to, I tried doing 30 the whole way home from college once and cars were trying to slip past me at any oppertunity
(Most powerful modern tractors can do 30 now, how would you feel if you were on a sporty bike being followed by a tractor?)
D) If your used to a 125 scrambler you will be used to much higher speeds and you will end up trying to make up time on bends, that will = 1 big crash.
My bike does 45 on flats and 60 down hills, its nearly fully derestricted and goes just fast enough for a first bike.
