Where can I get FREE ringtones on my cellphone?

Where can I get 100% free ringtones on my cellphone. I want something like phonezoo.com but I don't have internet on my phone. However, I do have text-messaging. So what site do you use and trust?? Oh by the way did I mention it has to be free?? I dont want hidden charges. 10 pts. for best answer, yay! =]

Oh and I don't have a USB cable either to connect my phone to the computer..
 
You don't need the internet on your phone to use phonezoo.com.
1st go to phonezoo.com and make a free account.
2nd go to get ringtones and then create from file. Hit browse and find the song that you want. (if you don't have it then I suggest downloading Limewire)
3rd Once the song uploads you can create the ringtone. Set the time to under 30 seconds and then you can chose which part of the song to use.
4th once your ringtone is done so to save and send. It will go to your phone as a pix message.
