sort of like the ones in that video. i really like her style, and i've been wanting to change mine up. the things she's wearing are almost exactly the kind of things i've been buying lately. what stores should i shop in for things like that? thanks(:
 
Forever 21 has the cutest clothes for cheap, like one of the black skirts she was wearing.
There were also a few shirts in there that reminded me of something that you could get at Tilly's.
