Where can i get an Iphone 3g?

I want to buy an iphone 3g but not from a store where you must be eligible for an upgrade or change the current phone you have on your contract. Where can i get one without haveing to change my contract on my current phone and i can just pop my sim card into to it.
I live in west virginia, so there is no apple store here (if that makes any difference)
 
you could go online and just buy a new one. you wont be able to use your other phone
