Yes a dealership can make you another key .You will need to have the title to the truck or a copy of one.The title is mainly for proof of ownership, plus they will need the vin# to cut the cut. Your looking at around 20. bucks to have the key made as long as the key doesn't have a chip in it. If it has a chip then your looking at around 150.bucks for them to cut the key and reprogram it, plus you will need to take the truck to them as well.

The dealer can make a new one, however you may want to try some of the better locksmiths that offer lock-out service. They come to you and iit saves the towing cost.

Dealer for sure ,but I would check first if a locksmith can replace it cheaper for you ,Unless the key had a chip in it a local lock smith should be able to do it for you.
And if you had Key punch outs from your keys the numbers and letters on those punch outs are also a key maker code.
Dealers keep that information handily accessible to customer's and for repossession of same if necessary .Locksmiths can also get the information as well, Most of the time .
