JavaScript, and PHP All in One"? I got the book from someone for a bargain but the CD was gone. I found out that it was broken, I went to the site but it looks like there is no way to get a replacement CD so I need to download it, anyone know there I can get one?
Also I checked amazon and Ebay and the only way to get the CD from them is to buy a new copy of the book. If you find a link to buy the disk or a place to download the CD image please post it.
