where can i get a mini bike under $700 in indianapolis?

I'm trying to get a mini bike but i dont want to spend more than $700 dollars. i tried minipocketrocket.com and i liked the X7 but i read on a forum that someone bought an X7 and UPS shipped smashed. Is it a good site to buy from or was that just UPS that did that? They also have FedEx
