where can i get a free ford radio code?

i had a new clutch put in my car and they must have unplugged the battery.
the radio is now asking for a code. it is nowhere to be found in all the cars documentation!
i know there are sites that charge for this service.... but i feel robbed. i have just paid £300 for a new clutch.
are there any free sites that give away codes?
