I drive nearly 200 miles a day. I recently bought my Honda Civic EX which makes a decent commuter car. However, my last car was a BMW 530i and I miss having tilting head restraints. I naturally drive with my seat tilted farther back than it should, but... i need some head support. I've looked for over 4 hours now... Perhaps the 2007 honda civic's headrest will fit? those seemed quite supportive.
