My sister bought this car 7 years ago, and a family friend co-signed, so he is the primary owner pretty much, everything that has to do with the car is directed to his address. I bought the car from my sis a few years ago and made the last final payments to pay it off. I wanna sell the car now. Only problem is, the title is M.I.A. He says he doesn't have it, my sis says she doesn't have it, and I've never seen it in my life but looked everywhere for it. What is the process of getting a title if the original was lost or stolen?
